After humanely trapping the opossum that had caused significant damage in the homeowner’s crawl space, GHI undertook a thorough clean-out, implemented effective rodent exclusion measures, and installed a new vapor barrier. To make this project more affordable for our client, we split the work into phases. We completed the clean-out and vapor barrier installation first, leaving the crawl space clean and ready for insulation to be added later in the fall.

In addition to addressing these concerns, we provided insulation removal and installation, along with effective rodent exclusion services.
